Who we are

4ZION is a faith-inspired, minority-owned design and redevelopment LLC dedicated to helping clients envision and transform spaces with purpose. Founded by a professional with an architectural degree and a background in urban design, we are passionate about cultivating spaces and bringing them to their former glory. We provide conceptual floor plans, space layouts, and visual renderings to support renovation, redevelopment, and property improvement projects. Our work helps homeowners, investors, and organizations clarify project goals, explore possibilities, and plan effectively, always with attention to creativity, functionality, and intentional design.

Our Mission
Our mission is to visualize potential, revive neglected spaces, renew structures, and restore homes and communities through affordable, compassionate design.

Rooted in faith and inspired by God’s promise to rebuild Zion, we believe that properties and the people connected to them, deserve thoughtful care and renewed purpose. Through intentional design, we aim to strengthen neighborhoods, support families, and help every space reach its fullest potential.

We currently focus on providing conceptual design services, including floor plans, space layouts, and visual renderings. These services are designed to help clients visualize their spaces, plan renovations, prepare properties for showings, and support funding or redevelopment efforts.

All designs are conceptual and intended for visualization and presentation purposes only. They are not licensed architectural or engineering documents and are not intended for permitting or construction.

Our Design Philosophy

Visualize — Clarifying ideas and possibilities before construction begins

Revive — Breathing life into overlooked or underutilized spaces

Renew — Reimagining layouts to improve function, flow, and usability

Restore — Honoring a space’s potential, history, and intended purpose

Work Sample

One of our clients was considering a large building (10,000 sqft) that had previously served as a home, a restaurant, and other uses. The structure was completely bare, no drywall or interior finishes essentially a shell. The client’s goal was to transform it into their dream home, including five bedrooms and thoughtfully planned living spaces.

Scope of Work:

  • Measured the entire bare structure over two days to capture accurate dimensions

  • Developed a full conceptual layout for all floors within 1–2 weeks

  • Finalized the layout in three weeks, providing a complete conceptual plan to guide renovations

Service Level: Advanced Service (Conceptual Layout)

  • No visual renderings were included, but the layout addressed complex spatial planning for a large, empty structure

  • Focused on circulation, room functionality, and maximizing the potential of the building

Outcome:
The client received a detailed conceptual floor plan that transformed a blank, multi-use structure into a cohesive, functional dream home. This plan gave the client a clear roadmap for their renovation and design decisions.
